We are offering numerous job and volunteer opportunities at the moment.

Job Opportunities:
(Due to the fact we are still in our beginning stages, salaried positions are not possible at the moment. But, not to fear, we will take care of you and everyone involved on an employment/company member level has as much say in our productivity as everyone else. Besides, it's your company as much as anyone else's.)

1. Playwrights, Directors, Actors, Designers, Poets, Artists, Stage Managers: We are looking to grow and grow, so please, submit materials to info@igotdabeat.org and we'll talk.
   


2. Grant Writer: Our most urgent position to be filled. Looking for someone with experience (or looking to get some) with grant writing for a 501(c)(3) theater company. You will have access to the National Foundation and be given all the supplies and tools needed to get the ball rolling.
   


3. Director Of Fundraising: If you love people, love networking and love money, then come on board. We need someone who will work with the Artistic Director in planting some roots, getting word out and raising funds on a sustained level to support us not just season to season but for the long haul. You will have full access to all of our resources (mailing lists, contacts, etc) as well as a team of people to help you along (including an Event Fundraiser... see below)
   


4. Event Fundraiser: Need someone who's highly energetic and loves to party. We are looking to put up a minimum of six fundraisers a year, one of them being our year-end gala fundraiser. Will work closely with the Director of Fundraising.
   


5. Managing Director: A highly responsible position with a heftier time commitment, you will be working along side Artistic Director in the day-to-day tasks and issues of the company. The managing director should be able to run the company on his/her own in the absence of the Artistic Director.
   


6. Operator Of Residency: Ever want to run your own theater? Well, here you go. You will have the opportunity to scour New Your City to find a home for I Got Da Beat Productions. You will then absorb the daily responsibilities of upkeep and events at the theater as well as layout and PR.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Whether it's one-time assistance or on a regular basis, we are constantly in need of volunteers to help with day-to-day business and especially with production help.

1. Non-production Volunteers will assist on tasks from seeking out venues to helping with promotion and publicity. And we are always looking for someone to lend a little fundraising help (either event or general raising of money).
   


2. Production Volunteers are always needed for our shows, readings and large events. Some areas we are constantly seeking are construction and painting, publicity, house & box office, advertising and Stage Management... to name a few.
